Buckle up, this will be a long review. My husband and I have recently begun seeing Dr. Chai on a regular basis for his dry eye and I could not speak more highly of someone, as well as their team. Trifecta has wonderful staff on the phone and behind the desk that are warm and welcoming. Then there's Karen! She took time out of her day to help me choose frames within my budget and wasn't shy to tell me what looked best on me (thank you for your honesty!) she even ordered in a set of frames that I was looking at but ended up being sold before deciding if I wanted them or not. When they arrived as display frames she let me know so I could try them once again and see if they were what I wanted. A++ customer service, thank you Karen! Trista, such a compassionate and bubbly personality at Trifecta. I see she balances many tasks with all the patients seen day in and day out. She's always taken the time to explain to the best of her ability treatments, diagnostics, and share a little bit about herself on a personal level. Trifecta would not be the same without her! Finally, Dr. Chai. I don't think I've ever met such a bold, intelligent, and straight forward doctor who has such a huge heart for helping her patients. the compassion she has for her patients speaks for itself in the amount of time she takes with her patients. Dr. Chai is thorough and simple in her explanations, often showing with imagine what is happening so a person can really understand. There are few doctors who will make a patient feel as heard as Dr. Chai does. Thank you Dr. Chai and team for the exceptional care you provide my husband (and myself!) it's always a pleasure to see you

I recently had an excellent experience at this clinic. Dr. Bartel was thorough and genuinely cared about the patients. Kudos to Karen as well for being exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the clinic being quite busy during my visit, the overall experience was great.

I could not be more grateful for Dr. Chai. I had problems after cataract surgery and my regular optometrist was missing something so I decided to go to Dr. Chai after a referral from an industry expert. She has been monitoring my eyes for 5 months And has done three thorough exams I have gone back to my Eye Surgeon, but she seems to be missing something too I came back to Dr. Chai and she is going to send me back to my Eye Surgeon, but also referring me to the retinal specialist because she took the time to look much deeper. She believes there is a problem that glasses cannot fix or time. My eyes have been changing back-and-forth over the past five months and the haziness in the left eye, especially is not getting any better. We have determined it’s not due to dry eyes. It’s definitely something else and I need to be seen by someone even more experience.
