I’ve was looking for a new dentist since I moved back to the area when COVID started (stopped going to my previous dentist when initially moved to the city). During COVID, it was extremely difficult to get appointments anywhere so I ended up not going until the pandemic calmed down. It was a few years, and I was anxious about my dental health along with any shame that came from not going for a bit. I stumbled upon rave reviews for Taconic Dental on Facebook within a community forum and decided to give it a try. I noted my concerns, my anxieties, and general “white coat syndrome” for doctors. The care I received was extremely thorough and gentle and I was in awe. I ended up having a few cavities and needed to come in for fillings. Again, the care was exceptional and delicate but the job was done beautifully. I’m not one to say that I enjoy the dentist, but anytime I have to go in for a cleaning or work (just got my wisdom teeth out through this practice) I’m not anxious anymore and I know everyone who works there has the up-most respect for their clients and concern about insuring the patient is as comfortable as can be. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else as long as I’m living in this area!

My experience at Taconic Dental was absolutely incredible ! I had been suffering for a very long time with wisdom tooth pain but was too afraid to get it taken out due to issues with dentists in the past . Not only did they make me feel like I had been a patient for years already ( this was my first visit !) , they truly made me feel cared for. I am so grateful for everyone who helped with my case yesterday… thank you !!
